The October 4th shift for Dekalb County sanitation workers Zahmontay Cherry, Richard Jones, and Peter Williams started like any other, but when they went to empty a garbage bin in Stonecrest, they got quite a surprise. Cherry noticed right away that the can was heavier than the others they'd picked up that morning. 'I dumped it and a body came out,' he recalls.
